Awards & Travel reserves the right to modify or remove any part of this agreement, at it's sole discretion and without prior notification. By using our service, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately and exit the website.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
We try our best to find seats in your preferred class of travel. If you are not happy with the created itinerary which does not meet our mutually agreeable terms (set before hand) you pay nothing. You only pay once you have a we have agreed on the flights and the reservation is made with the airline.

Personal Identification Information:
We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our website. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number. We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, but it may hinder in award booking process.

Sharing Personal Information:
We do not sell, trade, or rent users personal identification information to others.

Unforeseeable Changes:
We cannot accept liability for any changes that are beyond our control. For instance, airlines sometimes change their schedules. If that happens to your trip, we will do our best to get you back to as close to your original flights as possible. But, we cannot accept liability for costs associated with the airline changing your flights. We cannot accept liability for any costs beyond the fees paid to us.

Payment is due immediately upon agreement of an itinerary.
Our agreement is considered fulfilled when the client chooses to book the trip on their own and has a finalized itinerary OR the client chooses for us to book the ticket(s) and the ticket(s) is/are booked.

Award Change Fees:
If your travel dates change and you need to change your booked award, we can assist you in searching and booking new award seats for $75/passenger.
If you would like to upgrade your cabin class but the space is not available at the time of booking, we can monitor space and alert you when award seats open up for $50/passenger. Award change fee is in addition to any change fees airlines will charge to modify or cancel your existing award (with some exceptions).

Travel Agency & Insurance:
Awards & Travel is not a travel agency nor works for one. It does not insure or reimburse airfares, taxes or any third party charges, nor we issue or suggest purchasing travel insurance for any unseen future issues or problems.
